With nearly two decades of experience in the wellness space, she empowers others through education, activation science, and heart-led leadership, believing that when health comes first, everything else rises.

Shauna is a Nebraska-based mom, wife, and entrepreneur who became a wellness warrior through her own health journey. She’s very passionate about helping busy women feel secure in their health, trust their bodies, and create a life that feels good from the inside out through education and simple, sustainable health habits.

Dr. Brett, a true authority in the field of health and wellness. With over 20 years of experience in practice, he has not only helped countless individuals achieve optimal health but has also shared his knowledge worldwide, training other healthcare providers on cutting-edge technology, techniques, and systems for long-lasting well-being.
